WALTON Hall and Gardens played host to Disability Awareness Day today, Sunday.
It was the largest voluntary-led disability exhibition, which is held annually to support a ‘can do’ attitude around disabilities.
The event aims to highlight what services are available to disabled people, promote equipment that could help improve their independence and to let disabled people take centre stage in sport, arts and entertainment.
Visitors enjoyed more than 250 exhibitors, equipment suppliers, transport, holidays, leisure, employment, support groups and services.
Guests also took advantage of a sports zone on the day, offering a climbing wall, archery, tennis, wheelchair sports and scuba diving.
Performances and exhibitions included Warrington Male Voice Choir, Ella Together, Dogs for Good and Vale Royal Falconry among many others.
The Warrington Guardian photographer managed to capture some highlights from the day- can you spot yourselves in the gallery?
