A MAN has been charged after an attempted robbery at a KFC store in Latchford.
The victim was attacked and ‘repeatedly punched in the face’ during the incident outside the Kingsway South branch at around 11.45pm Saturday, December 8.
He suffered facial injuries and was rushed to hospital, but has since been discharged.
Twenty-year-old Dane Bradley has been wanted for more than six months in connection with the incident.
And he was arrested when police stopped a vehicle on Lythgoes Lane shortly before midnight on Tuesday, July 11.
Bradley, of Kingsway South, has since been charged with assault with intent to commit a robbery and obstructing a police officer.

He appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court today, Thursday, to face these charges and will now appear at Chester Crown Court next month.
