A MAN wanted by City of London Police was arrested on a residential street in Appleton this morning, Tuesday.
Cheshire Police arrested and charged the man on Greenfields Avenue at around 11am for failing to appear in a London court.
The 27-year-old is wanted by the force for charges relating to theft.

One eyewitness said: "There were about 10 police cars and they closed the road.
"He went into someone's house and the police kicked the door down.
"They put a bag over his head and arrested him."
He will appear at City of London Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
