MUSIC lovers desperate for a chance to catch one of the UK's hottest artists in North Wales are in luck.

The Pioneer has five pairs of tickets available for lucky readers to catch Jess Glynne this summer.

The chart topping pop star will take time out of her busy schedule supporting the Spice Girls to headline Colwyn Bay's hottest ticket Sunday, July 7, gracing the Stadiwm Zip World stage for Access All Eirias 2019.

Glynne has been a mainstay in the charts since bursting onto the scene in 2014 teaming up with Clean Bandit for Rather Be, and will follow in the footsteps of the likes of Little Mix, Elton John and Lionel Richie.

Her album I Cry When I Laugh has held a place in the charts for 138 weeks and counting. It debuted at number one and has spawned more than 12 million worldwide singles sales, 39 weeks on the UK top 10, 2.5 billion Spotify streams, a sold out UK arena tour and a number of award nominations including Brit and MTV: EMA.

Since then, she has released her chart-topping second studio album, Always In Between which went straight into the number one spot, while continuing her run of hit singles with I'll Be There, a seventh top spot that secured Glynne the record for most number one singles by a British female solo artist, then All I Am and Thursday.

Tickets are £49.50, available from venuecymru.co.uk or by calling the box office on 01492 872000.

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets, all you have to do is answer the following question. Who did Jess team up with for 2014 single Rather Be. All answers, along with an address and contact number, must be emailed to duncan.rieder@newsquest.co.uk by midnight on Sunday, June 30.
