A BIKER was rushed to hospital after being seriously injured during a crash on Chester Road.
The 33-year-old motorcyclist, who was riding a Honda CRB Fireblade, was involved in an accident with an Audi Q5 near to the junction with Hobb Lane in Moor shortly after 6.30pm on Saturday, June 22.
He was taken to Aintree Hospital after suffering serious injuries, while his passenger – a 14-year-old boy – sustained minor injuries.
Both the Audi driver and their passenger were uninjured.
Police are appealing for information from members of the public over the incident.
