BIRCHWOOD Park is welcoming another occupier onto its site following the refurbishment of a state-of-the-art office space.
The business park will now be home to Countryside Properties, which is the first business to be placed in 301 Bridgewater Place.
Spanning three floors, the communal areas of Bridgewater Place have been redesigned, and now boast new air conditioning fitted throughout, large floor plates enabling a greater degree of flexibility and impressive floor to ceiling windows.
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: "Birchwood Park has, for more than 20 years, been recognised as the region’s leading out-of-town commercial development, and it’s exciting to continue to attract large, reputable companies such as Countryside Properties to the site.
"Ensuring that Birchwood Park remains at the forefront of the north west business scene and continues to move with the times is of utmost importance to us, and is why we have chosen to evolve its offering to ensure it can cater to the ever-changing business market."
