Queues on the M62
MOTORISTS on the M62 are being warned of 25 minute delays to their commute this morning, Tuesday.
A broken down van shut one lane between junction 11 at Birchwood and 12 at Eccles.
Congestion is back to junction nine at Winwick.
All lanes were reopened at 7.40am.
