A MAN and a woman have been charged in relation to THIRTEEN burglaries across the town in the space of three weeks.

Properties in Woolston, Culcheth and Risley were targeted during break-ins between Tuesday, May 21, and Friday, June 7.

Now 43-year-old Tony Lock and 34-year-old Lauren O’Hara have both been charged with 13 counts of burglary in connection with the incidents, as well as possession of CS spray.

The pair appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court to face these charges today, Monday.

Lock, from Leigh, has been remanded into custody until their next appearance before the courts while O’Hara, of Downham Avenue in Culcheth, has been released on bail.
