A 13-YEAR-old Birchwood High dancer has had the chance to meet and perform for one of her all-time heroes Geri Halliwell.
Kaitlen Williams, from Fearnhead, is a member of dance group Spicealicious and decided to dance outside the hotel that the Spice Girls were staying in for their Manchester concert.
The year eight pupil, along with friends and fellow dancers Demi, Macy and Zara performed in front of crowds of Spice Girl fans and paparazzi before catching the eye of Geri herself.
Geri spent time with the girls to give them hugs and tell them how amazing their performance was, a video of which has since gone viral.
Kaitlen said: "Geri was so lovely and was really interested in what we were doing and our hopes for the future. She really is my inspiration."
Spicealicious train hard for five days a week at Aim Sky High dance studio in Sale with the ultimate goal of performing alongside the Spice Girls.
The four youngsters appeared on ITV'S Britain’s Got Talent last year and this year’s The Greatest Dancer on BBC One.
