TWO teenagers were arrested after a large quantity of cash and drugs were found in a vehicle.
Police stopped a vehicle on Halsnead Avenue in Whiston on Thursday.
After carrying out a search, officers discovered that there was money and drugs inside the vehicle.
Two 19-year-old men, from Rainhill and Stockbridge Village, were taken into custody on suspicion of supplying drugs, money laundering and possession of criminal property.
They have subsequently been released under investigation.
