CHARLOTTE MAY SCOTTORN, 43, of Gas Lane, Salisbury, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a Post Office account cash card and to committing fraud by using it to cause loss to its owner on March 3. A community order was made and she was fined £100, as well as being told to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £50.

JORDAN LEE HULBERT, 19, of Alabare Place, Salisbury, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of community order made by County of Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court on October 15 last year, after stealing a set of KRK headphones to the value of £89.99. He was also convicted of several other thefts, including stealing a bottle of vodka to the value of £94.50. He must now carry out 170 hours of unpaid work.

LEWIS KEVIN BALE, 33, of Dinas Way, Old Sarum, indicated a plea of guilty to driving a Saab 9-3 whilst under the influence of drugs, namely cocaine, in Salt Lane, Salisbury. He also indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of 0.1g of heroin. The offences took place on November 24 last year. He was fined £40, told to pay compensation of £30, and ordered to pay costs of £45.

BENJAMIN GLASSON, 29, of Roman Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to damaging the right wing mirror of a Wiltshire Police vehicle valued at £206.07 on August 14 last year. He was ordered to pay compensation of £206.07, and costs of £85.

SAMUEL DAVID HOBSON, 30, of Sandell Place, Amesbury, indicated a plea of guilty to being found in the possession of diamorphine, also known as heroin, on July 16 last year. He was fined £40 and told to pay compensation of £30.

CAMERON SEAN LUCEY, 20, of Redworth Drive, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Golf on Allington Track when under the influence of drugs, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, which can be found in cannabis. The offence occurred on January 3. He was fined £147, and ordered to pay £30 compensation as well as £85 costs.
