Merseyside Police say the victim is refusing to co-operate with them
A MAN was taken to hospital with injuries to his ear following an incident in Birkenhead.
Emergency services were called to Claughton Road at around 8.30pm on Monday, April 22 following reports of a man being injured in the area.
He was taken to hospital for treatment but is refusing to co-operate with police.
A police spokeswoman said: "He wouldn’t co-operate with police and so it could not be established where the incident took place or what exactly happened."
