JACK Cross has been fined for possession of cannabis in Kings Worthy.
Cross, 19, of North Road, Kings Worthy, was caught by police on March 15. He admitted the offence.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £196 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
