30-minute delay on M62 after lane is shut
VERY slow traffic is being reported eastbound on the M62 this morning, Tuesday.
Thirty minute delays are affecting traffic between junction 11 at Birchwood and 12 at Eccles.
Queues are back to Croft after a car broke down.
All lanes were reopened around 7.20am.
