The m62 eastbound this Friday morning
THERE are long delays on the M62 eastbound this morning, Friday as a new layout in the roadworks area is causing confusion.
A contraflow has been installed between junction 11 for Birchwood and 12 for the Eccles Interchange with lane three of three now the dedicated lane for the M602 only.
Concrete blocks separate lane three off from lane one and two.
Congestion is back past junction 10 for Croft.
One lane is also blocked due to accident involving a lorry and car between junction 10 Croft Interchange and junction 11 for Birchwood.
Lane one of three is blocked.
