ANOTHER bumper crowd is in store at The Halliwell Jones Stadium today, Friday.

The club has confirmed that as of 1pm, more than 11,000 tickets have been sold for the Super League clash between Warrington Wolves and London Broncos.

And 2,500 of them have been sold to school children and teachers in the town as part of the club's OSI school initiative where children can get in the West Stand for just £1.

The attendance comes on the back of a massively successful start to the Super League season on and off the field at Wolves.

The club has already seen a 14 per cent increase on average home attendances so far in 2019 compared to the 2018 regular season average.

Wire chief executive Karl Fitzpatrick said he was delighted that Wire fans are again showing themselves to be among the best in Super League.

He added: "We know our fans are among the most loyal in the game and they are proving it again.

"For the players, it makes such a difference to play in front of a huge crowd. They are really are proving to be the 18th man.

"We are also hoping for a massive following next Friday, April 12, for the trip to St Helens.

"This is without doubt the biggest game of the Super League season to date."
