A MAN who committed fraud by using someone else's debit card has been handed a four-month curfew.
John Thomas Parkinson, of Fleet Lane, Parr admitted to falsely representing himself by intending to gain £132.46 with the card in Wigan on June 15.
The 42-year-old also pleaded guilty to another charge related to the same case.
As well as the curfew, he was ordered to pay a compensation fee of £200, a victim services surcharge fee of £85 and court costs of £85.
Parkinson was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
