WARRINGTON Wolves' incoming marquee signing Gareth Widdop has dislocated his right shoulder for the third time in 12 months.

Widdop, who will join The Wire next year on a three-year deal, left the field in agony during St George Illawarra's NRL clash with Brisbane Broncos this morning after rolling over on his shoulder as he attempted to clear up a kick.

Dragons head coach Paul McGregor confirmed in his post-match press conference that the England half-back had indeed suffered a dislocation.

The injury is to his right shoulder - the same one he dislocated twice last year and had reconstructive surgery on that ruled him out of England's Test series against New Zealand.
