AN award-winning crime writer will premiere her new murder mystery in Padgate next month.
Kate Ellis' Murder in the Lemon Grove will be performed for the first time at Padgate Library from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday, April 4.
The event has been organised by Livewire's community librarian team.
Chris Everett from Livewire said: "We're delighted to announce the premiere of this new murder mystery whodunnit by Kate Ellis.
"If you are a detecting sleuth, come along and have a go.
"It's a fun, informal evening with lots of laughs along the way.
"Get your tickets early because these events always sell out.”
Tickets are priced at £3 including refreshments, and are available from any of the town's libraries.
