NEW rental house shares with a cleaner, council tax and a Netflix subscription included in the price have been launched in Bewsey.
ELSA Living has revealed its first 'co-living home share' in Warrington, on the Regency Square development.
The properties on Bradgate Close have been refurbished to provide three double ensuite bedrooms and ‘sumptuous’ communal spaces.
LPC Living - which is behind the ELSA Living project - aims to 'simplify the rental process and provide affordable, high-quality accommodation for graduates and young professionals'.
Starting at £500 per calendar month, all bills are included in the price - with monthly payments encompassing a widescreen TV, broadband, Netflix, council tax, Wi-Fi and cleaning.

Debbie Mason, director at LPC Living, said: "The properties have been designed to appeal to a sector of the market where high-quality accommodation is not well represented.
"Often the choice is either the option of poorer quality house shares or renting a studio apartment, which can be much more expensive when you factor in bills and council tax.

"The benefit of renting through our ELSA Living concept is that you pay just one bill - fully inclusive of all bills and council tax - and you also receive services more typically associated with luxury developments, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a regular cleaning service.
"You also benefit from renting a fully-refurbished home direct from the landlord and developer, which is fully managed."
