Long delays are reported on the M6 northbound this evening.
DELAYS of nearly an hour and a half were reported on the M6 this evening.
Two lanes of the northbound carriageway were shut between junction 20 at Lymm and junction 21 at Woolston due to two separate rush hour breakdowns – involving a van and a car.
Congestions was reported back to Knutsford Services, with estimated travel times through the area of an hour and 20 minutes.
Lanes three and four were closed, but the motorway was fully reopened at around 6.30pm.
