A COUPLE had a romantic start to Valentine's Day at Croft Riding Centre where they took part in a special ride together.
Yvonne, 70, who has been riding at the centre for a number of years, since Ian her husband, 72, bought her a set of six lessons for her birthday, planned the surprise for Ian to whom she has been married for 50 years.
Dessie and Candy were more than happy to take part in the surprise today, Thursday, with instructor Robyn Norton, which was complete with a red rose and champagne truffles from the centre.
