A DOG is still waiting for a new home after his owner died.
Jasper, a six-year-old rottweiler, lives at Warrington Animal Welfare in Slutchers Lane and has been overlooked by adopters.
Staff at the animal shelter describe Jasper as confident, lovable and cheeky who would be suited to being the only pet in an adult only home or one with teenage children.
He is house trained, good in the car and good on the lead.
Jasper loves human company and will gladly sit on his new owner for cuddles.
All adoptions are subject to a home check and an adoption fee.
