JIMMY Bullard has cancelled his talk at the Pyramid about his career on and off the pitch.

The former footballer and coach, who went on to become a TV presenter, has had to pull out of his February 16 event due to 'work commitments'.

It is hoped the event will be rearranged for a later date.

A spokesman for the Pyramid said: "All our affected customers have been contacted and their payments refunded, we apologise for the inconvenience."

Jimmy is best known for playing for Wigan Athletic where he scored 10 goals in 145 league appearances, helping the team to their first promotion to the Premier League.

Since then his TV career has seen him appear on the likes of I'm A Celebrity and he is currently the host of Soccer AM.
