PLANS to build a new home in Glazebury could be approved on Wednesday.
An application to demolish three garages in the village and replace them with a four-bedroom home is set to be discussed by members of Warrington Borough Council’s development management committee on Wednesday.
The site on Hurst Mill Lane in the village would include parking.
However three neighbours and Culcheth and Glazebury Parish Council have submitted objections.
The parish council says it is concerned by the wider impact on homes and land to the south of the plot.
It added: “The existing situation for parking and visitor parking on Hurst Mill Lane is already difficult and vehicles for this development before and after construction need to be off the road.”
- The application has been recommended for approval.
