WHILE for many the cloud obscured this morning's Super Blood Wolf Moon, one member of the Warrington Guardian Camera Club managed to get up early enough to capture it.
The total lunar eclipse began at 2.35am and ended at 7.49am with the point of the greatest eclipse occurring at 5.12am.
Commonly known as a Blood Moon, the celestial event saw the Moon temporarily change to a reddish colour.
Photographer Zoltan Romvari captured these amazing images from St Peters Park in Warrington after waiting for more than two hours for the clouds to break.
There won't be another total lunar eclipse visible on Earth until May 2021.
