FORMER Warrington Wolves star Ashton Sims has taken part in a charity netball game.
The 33-year-old Fijian international prop, who left the Wire to join Toronto Wolfpack ahead of the 2018 season, took part in a dads netball tournament at Warrington Sports for All Centre at Sir Thomas Boteler CE High School on Sunday, December 23.
More than 40 dads from Appleton Netball Club and Stockton Netball Club took part, with the tournament being held in aid of Amber's Appeal.
Amber's Appeal is aiming to raise funds for Great Sankey High School pupil Amber Price, who is battling a rare form of brain cancer.
But Sims was damning of his own performance during the tournament.
He tweeted: "Unfortunately I was terrible - I had the turning circle of the Titanic."

Funds will allow to undergo treatment in Germany, with £410 raised on the day – in which Appleton were crowned victors.
The tournament could now become an annual Christmas event.
