THE Flying Scotsman has made a flying visit to Warrington.
The legendary steam train briefly stopped at Bank Quay station shortly after 1.30pm on Friday, December 28.
Arriving in a platform goods siding, the Scotsman waited for scheduled trains to pass it before proceedings onto workshops in Toton, Nottinghamshire – where it is due to have its wheels changed.
