GREAT SANKEY >
KIND-HEARTED and generous pupils at Great Sankey High School have collected hundreds of shoeboxes for disadvantaged children across the world.
In a bid to make sure every child has a present to open this Christmas, pupils were asked to create shoeboxes for either a girl or boy and given age ranges to buy suitable gifts for.
Pupils at the high school managed to collect hundreds of boxes filled with toys, toiletries, stationery and other goodies for children worldwide.
The shoeboxes get collected from the school and are then shipped in time for Christmas day.
