WITH around one year to go until work is completed, these new pictures show the scale of the work under way at Time Square.
The £120 million development is creating a new market hall, cinema and council offices.
New restaurants are also due to be opened on the site.
The new market hall is due to open in early 2020 and Cineworld says its multi-screen cinema will also open in early 2020.
The development is part of Warrington Borough Council's plans to breathe new life into the town centre.
