A STOCKTON Heath construction company has been named among the best in the business, having been shortlisted for an industry award.
Emerald Bay has this week been nominated for a prestigious North West Residential Property Award.
Its nomination in the category Bespoke and Urban Developer of the year comes 12 months on from its luxury development, Kings Court Apartments, in the town centre.
The 32 loft-style apartments in the centre of town are popular with professionals both from Warrington and across the globe, with some residents from Greece, Austria and South Africa.
The first anniversary of the apartment block falls in January which coincides with the black-tie ceremony to announce the winner.
Adam Jude, the operations director at Emerald Bay, said: “We’re extremely proud of what we achieved at Kings Court and its full occupancy is an existing measure of its success.”
An independent panel of experts will announce the winner on January 24 in Manchester.
