Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service freed a woman from a lift at Golden Square Shopping Centre this morning.
A WOMAN was rescued by firefighters after becoming trapped in a lift at Golden Square Shopping Centre this morning.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene shortly before 10am today, Tuesday.
One fire engine was sent to free the woman with specialist equipment, spending around 20 minutes in the shopping centre.
It is believed that she was trapped in a lift in one of the shops at the Mall.
