HGV stopped travelling 91mph on Thelwall Viaduct - with police car behind
A DRIVER was clocked travelling at 91mph in the rain on the Thelwall Viaduct on Monday night.
And police say a fully liveried police car was behind him.
He was spotted just before 10pm on the M6.
Officers pulled him over and give him a traffic notice.
