Boy and girl held on suspicion of 'criminal damage and racially aggravated public order' offences

Officers made two arrests over allegations of criminal damage to a motor vehicle and racially aggravated public order.
A boy and girl were detained by police after a brief chase on foot.
The suspects are now in custody.
