A CASUALTY was taken to hospital last night after a house fire in Dallam.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to Bardsley Avenue at around 11pm yesterday, Thursday, after a blaze started in the front room of a bungalow.

Two fire engines were sent to the scene but struggled to access the property due to cars double parking in the area.
Warrington Fire Station tweeted that this ‘delayed their attendance and put lives at risk’.

Crews remained on the scene for an hour and 20 minutes, with paramedics taking an occupant of the bungalow who was suffering from smoke inhalation to hospital.
