A WOMAN was taken to hospital last night after becoming trapped inside a garage.
At 6pm yesterday, Monday, two fire engines were called to Worsborough Avenue in Great Sankey to reports that a car collided with a garage at a property.
The team forced entry into the garage at the back of the building, allowing the woman to walk free.
She was then passed to the care of paramedics and later taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
Firefighters then isolated the utilities and conducted checks on the property.
The team were in attendance for approximately one hour 45 minutes.
