NOMINEES are wanted for awards recognising unsung heroes in the town’s rugby league community.
The Warrington Man of Steel Awards take place at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, November 23 – recognising the hard work done by amateur and junior rugby league clubs and their passionate volunteers.
And nominations are wanted for the Heart and Soul Awards during the ceremony, which recognise the ‘people who have built rugby league in Warrington’.
Warrington Wolves chairman Stuart Middleton said: “These awards are given to people who have built the game in Warrington, and without them the club would not have the support and success it has achieved over the last decade.”
Award winners will be immortalised with footprints bearing their name in the concourse of the South Stand at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
