MIKE Cooper will be fit to play in the Super League Grand Final, Wire head coach Steve Price has confirmed.

The prop forward had to be replaced during the semi-final victory at St Helens due to an eye injury.

However, Price confirmed the injury would not stop him facing Wigan at Old Trafford on Saturday.

"Coops had a bit of a scratch on his retina so he couldn't go back on, which is unfortunate," he said.

"He will be fine to play on Saturday though. He'll be back out on the field for us tomorrow."

Price also confirmed there were no new injuries in his squad, meaning the only Warrington players ruled out at long-term absentees Ben Currie, Mitch Brown and Jack Johnson.
