FOUR teenagers and a 22-year-old man have been charged with operating a heroin and crack cocaine ring in Warrington.
A youth and four men have each been charged with two counts of possessions with intent to supply class A drugs in the town.

Three Birmingham teenagers - 18-year-olds Shaquille Powell-Anderson and Rashan Hamilton, as well as a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons - are among those facing the charges.
Eighteen-year-old Liam Malvern, from Liverpool, was also charged with robbery, criminal damage and obstructing a police officer.
Kyle Thomas, a 22-year-old man from Liverpool, has also received charges of robbery and criminal damage.
The men are expected to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court today, Friday, to face the charges.
