A FIRE hit The Stonemill pub in Longford yesterday lunchtime, Thursday.
Crews were called to the pub off Sandy Lane, on the site of the old Fordton Leisure Centre, at 12pm.

Flames in the first floor were put out by crews around 12.30pm.
Everyone has been accounted for and there are no injuries. Two staff members who inhaled smoke have refused medical treatment.
Firefighters have spent the afternoon checking the loft area of the pub to see if it had spread.
The first floor has been fully vented and cleared of smoke. A 7m ladder is being used to inspect the beads of the roof.
At 5.30pm, a Cheshire Fire Service spokesman said investigators were at the scene to establish the cause and crews are now exposing and removing materials from the first floor rooms.
The team at The Stonemill say they are confident the pub will re-open tonight at 5pm.
Footage from the scene has been sent in by Markus Csaba.
