LAST week I was in a queue of around 20-plus people waiting for our parcels and letters.
I was there for 20 minutes and only two people were served.
There was only one person on the counter and I asked him to see if he could get help.
He asked a manager to come and speak to us all but the manager simply refused.
These queues are one thing.
I don’t have any spare time to hang around in an over crowded sweaty waiting area as I’m sure all these other people haven’t.
And of course the Post Office won’t talk to any customers about it so I wanted to highlight the issue through the letters page in the Warrington Guardian.
