FAMILY owned Bents Garden and Home in Glazebury has once again been named the Best Destination Garden Centre in the north west.
It is the third consecutive year that the Warrington Road business has held the prestigious Garden Centre Association (GCA) accolade following an annual inspection from auditors.
Like all of the GCA's 200 member centres, the Glazebury site received a spot visit with no prior knowledge of the exact date, and received one of the top scores in the country - leading to its recognition as best in the region.
It was also awarded titles for Best Customer Service, Environment and Community award, Innovation and Creativity award, Catering Excellence and Best Restaurant, Best Garden Products Retailer, Best Indoor Lifestyle Retailer.
Bents, which celebrated its 80th anniversary last year, will now be re-audited to determine the national title of Best Destination Garden Centre in the UK, an accolade the home and garden centre currently holds and hopes to retain in 2019.
