FORGET the Royal wedding.

Because two Warrington Wolves fans will be having their own magical celebrations this weekend.

Nicola Hampson and RIchard Lee will tie the knot on Saturday after winning a wedding competition organised by Magic Weekend sponsors Dacia.

The avid Wolves fans, who got engaged in July 2015 when Rich was cooking Nicola a chicken dinner, will now only be married in Newcastle, but will have a wedding celebration to remember thanks to the car brand.

Nicola, 33, said: “Why not get married at the Dacia Magic Weekend?

“We love each other, we love rugby, and now thanks to Dacia we have the chance to do one of the most memorable things we can do as a family?”

Their parents will also be travelling to the north east for the occasion and son Jacob, 10, who plays for Crosfields will be among the guests along with friends.

“All three of us are Warrington Wolves fans and we have had some great times supporting them over the years; whether this is as a family or Richard with the lads, it’s always great fun,” Nicola said.

“We have moments that as a family we will cherish.

“We have watched Jacob on numerous occasions be a mascot, he has walked out with various players including Ryan Atkins (one of his favourite players), Tom Lineham and Toby King.

“It really is amazing to see his face when he walks out with any of the players whether it be from Warrington or another team.

“He really does burst with pride and as a parent you can’t beat it.”

The lucky couple, who have been Warrington fans all their lives, will count rugby league legends among their guests, enjoy a wedding breakfast fit for a king and queen, with a cake inspired by the couple’s love of rugby league, and carry the ball onto the pitch for one of the matches played on Sunday.

They will also take part in a coin toss on the pitch for one game on Sunday.

Other details provided by Dacia include a romantic two-night stay at Hotel Du Vin, Dacia private transfers for the bride and groom all weekend, contributions towards any regal wedding attire, hair and make-up, and a photographer and videographer to capture special moments on the big day.

The loved-up couple and their guests will continue the party throughout the weekend with their nearest and dearest from the comfort of their very own thrones in an exclusive private box at St James’ Park.
