A POPULAR Lymm pub has revealed its new look for spring – complete with cosy interiors and a new menu.

The Green Dragon, based on Mill Lane, opened its doors earlier this month following a major refurbishment.

Part of the Vintage Inns collection, the revamp includes a new menu.

Martin Grady, the new landlord of The Green Dragon, said: “We wanted the new look to provide guests with a cosy pub where they can enjoy dinner, have a few drinks after their busy day or simply to relax with their four-legged friends and read the Sunday paper.

“The Green Dragon is in a fantastic location on the outskirts of Lymm, and we have an amazing support network around us, so we hope that all of our guests, both regulars and first-timers love the transformation.”

A spokesman for Vintage Inns said: “Visitors to The Green Dragon can enjoy the pub throughout the year, from roaring fires in winter to its new outside dining area to while away the long summer nights.

“They can also sample the amazing selection of gins, ales and wines on offer behind the bar and try out some of the freshly prepared British dishes from the new menu, and The Green Dragon hopes that the new look is a welcome change in Cheshire.

“Visitors to The Green Dragon can tuck into warming dishes available on its menu including the lamb duo that is a pan-fired lamp rump and a cheddar topped shepherd’s pie, with seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus, and a host of mouth-watering puddings including a warming sticky toffee and apple pudding.”
