A FIRE has caused lane closures on the M62 this afternoon.
Two lanes of the eastbound carriageway were closed due to the van fire between junction 10 at Croft and junction 11 at Birchwood.
The emergency services attended the scene, with delays of around 40 minutes reported.
All lanes have since reopened, with the vehicle moved to the hard shoulder.
