STONE Roses singer Ian Brown has been banned from driving for speeding.
The 54-year-old, of Lymm, was disqualified for six months at Warrington Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 2, ‘due to repeat offending’.
Brown, originally from Orford, was caught at speeds exceeding 70mph in his Lexus on Chester Road in Hartford, Northwich, in February last year.
He was also fined £660 and ordered to pay court costs of £100 by magistrates.
