A HOMEWARE retailer is set to shut its town centre store and move to Junction Nine Retail Park, formerly the Alban Retail Park.

Dunelm’s outlet on Parker Street will close when the furnishings store moves to its new home on Tuesday, October 31.

The new 34,000sq ft will also feature a Pausa Café.

Free gifts will be given to the first 50 customers through the door after the Mayor of Warrington Cllr Les Morgan opens the new Dunelm at 9am, with free face-painting on the day to mark Halloween.

A spokesman said: “Dunelm is making a significant investment into the Warrington area with thousands of home furnishings products available to local residents, spanning across homeware, furniture and seasonal products.”
