A TALENTED artist has created a colourful display of poppies covering a tractor to show her support for the Women’s Land Army.
Caroline Jones is currently decorating a Nuffield Tractor to remember those who served during the first and second world wars.
The 49-year-old has been working on the poppy installation for the past three weeks but she has faced a series of setbacks due to the bad weather.
But Caroline has refused to give up and she plans to finish her artwork by Remembrance Weekend.
The tractor will be on display outside of Brookview Livery Farm in Bold Heath where she lives with her husband Anthony.
Caroline, from Widnes, said: “The weather has been so bad – it has trashed it.
“I was really upset but I’m going to keeping going.”
