The family of Kath Platt would like to thank all the relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy and support during our recent difficult weeks and the loss of our mum. Thanks to everyone who shared in our funeral celebration and for their generous donations to the Alzheimer's Society.Thanks to the Revd Mark Coles, organist John Stott and the community at St Martins Methodist Church, Woolston for a truly lovely service and memorial, to the Crematorium and to the team at The Little Manor, Thelwall for providing the afternoon refreshments.
Thanks also, to Knox and Son Funeral Directors and their staff, particularly Joanne and Scott, for their excellent service, comfort and care.
Thanks again to the loving and compassionate care team at Linear Park Residential Care Home in Newton-le-Willows, and to the district nurses and community frailty team, for their continued support of mum. And to all who cared for mum during her recent stay in Warrington Hospital.
Kath will be missed, loved and will always be remembered.
