FOR all the Gavin & Stacey fans who just can't wait until Christmas, a dose of James Corden is just around the corner in Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.

NT Live's hilarious West End and Broadway hit One Man, Two Guvnors will welcome the beloved late night TV host to the stage in alive screening to the Scala, Vue and Cineworld on Thursday, September 26 and Theatr Colwyn on Monday 30.

Based on the timeless Italian comedy The Servant of Two Masters by Carlo Goldoni, this production by Richard Bean scripted show features songs by Grant Olding and a star turn from the incredibly versatile and energetic Tony Award-winning host of the The Late Late Show.

Expect the stars' winning, affable persona and inimitable physicality to be deployed in full force for a triumphant and riotous comic spectacle.

In One Man, Two Guvnors, Bean has relocated the 1746 classic to 1960s Brighton where Corden plays Francis Hensall who has been fired from his skiffle band before becoming a minder to Roscoe Crabbe - a small time East End hood, now in Brighton to collect £6,000 from his fiancée’s dad.

But Roscoe is really his sister Rachel posing as her own dead brother, who’s been killed by her boyfriend Stanley Stubbers.

Holed up at The Cricketers’ Arms, the permanently ravenous Francis spots the chance of an extra meal ticket and takes a second job with one Stanley Stubbers, who is hiding from the police and waiting to be re-united with Rachel.

To prevent discovery, Francis must keep his 'two guvnors' apart.

Catch Corden on the stage at The Scala on Thursday 26 and at Theatr Colwyn on Monday 30 at 7pm.

Tickets for the Scala are £15 from merlincinemas.co.uk, £11.99 for Vue from myvue.com, £13.70 for Cineworld from cineworld.co.uk and £12.50 for Theatr Colwyn from theatrcolwyn.co.uk.
